RED LIGHT

In a small provincial town, the only traffic light is stuck on red. The driver of an intercity bus stops and refuses to continue. This provokes a number of conflicts and misunderstandings with the passengers and the local law enforces in a world where following the rules is a misunderstanding in itself.
